The institute is situated in the city of Beijing , occupying an area of about 201,000 square meters. It is well-equipped with modern facilities for teaching purposes. There are modern buildings, such as comprehensive teaching buildings, laboratory centers, E-reading rooms, a recreational house, a gymnasium, cafeterias, and apartments for students, etc. The library covers about 6,100 square meters with more than 200,000 volumes of books in it. The teaching facilities are in the leading role among the same level colleges in Beijing .
