This university enrolls scholarship students as well as self-funded students. Scholarship students means those who are granted Chinese governmental scholarship. China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as CSC) administers the recruitment of international students and the daily management of the Chinese Government Scholarship scheme.
Office of International Relations (OIR) is a channel through which SCAU runs cooperative education programs with foreign universities, and it is also a home for international students to enjoy their study and living. The functions of OIR include enrolling and managing international students, managing education of the university concerning foreigners, holding Sino-foreign cooperative education programs and foreign training programs.
All of our programs are open to international students. The Tuition fee differs with different levels:
1) 31,000CNY per year for Doctorate degree students.
2) 23,000CNY per year for Master’s degree students.
3) 16,000CNY per year for Bachelor’s degree students.
International students can have a single room in the international dormitory with furniture and a bathroom inside, 1,200CNY per month for one room.
